Resumo: In the current routine of schools, it is urgent to make the context of transmitting content more attractive to the classroom, since the new generations, increasingly connected, demand better integration between what is spoken and what is lived, the real and the virtual, between the past and the present; in the field of medieval history teaching, this requirement is no exception to the rule. The teacher in this field has a wide range of tools, for example: movies, video games, series, comics, etc. Other artifices that can and should be used are board games, which in an accessible and playful way, work towards a democratic and inclusive learning of various nuances of the Middle Ages. In this article, we will briefly weave a discussion about the relationship between games and the teaching of medieval history and how they can, in a fun and attractive way, help in the application of content to the classroom.

In this article, we will briefly weave a discussion about the relationship between games and the teaching of medieval history and how they can, in a fun and attractive way, help in the application of content to the classroom.
