Resumo: Knowing the existing gaps in the initial training of teachers and the many possible assignments for teachers of Early Childhood Education, we seek to reflect on how the affective and aesthetic sensitivity to which the National Council of Education cites, manifests itself in the initial training of teachers. Thus, the aim of this work is to reflect on the aesthetic experiences in the initial training of teachers and their contributions to early childhood education. A bibliographical study was carried out having as references different authors, including the Brazilian Bernadete Gatti, who has coordinated studies in the area of teacher education and is one of the main researchers in this area in our country. The work is organized in two stages: the first is based on reflecting on the sensitive and the aesthetic in the initial training of teachers, and the second stage seeks to address the contributions about sensitivity and aesthetics in the scope of Early Childhood Education.

Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho se constitui na reflexão sobre as vivências estéticas na formação inicial de professores e suas contribuições na educação infantil. Foi realizado um estudo bibliográfico tendo como referências diferentes autores, inclusive a brasileira Bernadete Gatti, que coordenou estudos da área de formação de professores e é uma das principais pesquisadoras desta área em nosso país.
