Teacher training for digital culture: elements in different perspectives from the instrumental view

Resumo: This study aimed to identify constituent elements of teacher training processes for digital culture, in different perspectives from the instrumental view. This is an integrative review carried out with searches on the CAPES Periodicals Portal and on the SciELO platform. Ten articles published in Brazilian journals between 2017 and 2022 were selected. The analyzes identified the following elements: reflection on the training process; expansion of meanings on Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT); digital citizenship; authorship; autonomy; digital literacy; perception about new generations; trainer practices; collaborative learning; permanent apprentice position. It was observed that it is possible to explore perspectives that resize the instrumental view in teacher training for digital culture, in the search for the development of critical awareness about the impacts of these artifacts on life, social life and education, as well as the adoption of reflective, autonomous and citizen postures, in order to appropriate DICT by problematizing its implications in everyday life. Revision.Este estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar elementos constitutivos de procesos formativos de docentes para la cultura digital, en perspectivas diferentes de la visión instrumental. Se trata de una revisión integradora realizada con búsquedas en el Portal de Revistas CAPES y en la plataforma SciELO. Fueron seleccionados diez artículos publicados en revistas brasileñas entre 2017 y 2022. Los análisis identificaron los elementos: reflexión en el proceso formativo; ampliación de los sentidos sobre Tecnologías Digitales de Información y Comunicación (TDIC); ciudadanía digital; autoría; autonomía; alfabetización digital; percepción sobre las nuevas generaciones; prácticas del formador; aprendizaje colaborativo; postura de aprendiz permanente. Se observó que es posible explorar perspectivas que redimensionan la visión instrumental en la formación docente para la cultura digital, en la búsqueda por el desarrollo de la conciencia crítica sobre los impactos de estos artefactos en la vida, en lo social y en la educación, así como en la adopción de posturas reflexivas, autónomas y ciudadanas, para apropiarse de las TDIC por la problematización de sus implicaciones en lo cotidiano. Revisión.Este estudo objetivou identificar elementos constituintes de processos formativos de professores para a cultura digital, em perspectivas diferentes da visão instrumental. Trata-se de revisão integrativa realizada com buscas no Portal de Periódicos CAPES e na plataforma SciELO. Foram selecionados dez artigos publicados em periódicos brasileiros entre 2017 e 2022. As análises identificaram os elementos: reflexão no processo formativo; ampliação dos sentidos sobre Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação (TDIC); cidadania digital; autoria; autonomia; letramento digital; percepção sobre as novas gerações; práticas do formador; aprendizagem colaborativa; postura de aprendiz permanente. Observou-se ser possível explorar perspectivas que redimensionam a visão instrumental na formação de professores para a cultura digital, na busca pelo desenvolvimento da consciência crítica sobre os impactos desses artefatos na vida, no social e na educação, bem como pela adoção de posturas reflexivas, autônomas e cidadãs, de modo a se apropriarem das TDIC pela problematização de suas implicações no cotidiano.
