PIBID as a public policy for teaching initiation: a gaze at the formative processes in narrative writing

Resumo: | In this paper, the experience in the Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) [Teaching Initiation Scholarship Institutional Program] and its contributions to initial teacher training are discussed. Narratives that register the encounter of a Pedagogy student with everyday school life were taken for analysis, through the aforementioned program in the subproject developed by the Federal University of Tocantins. The narratives were analyzed based on the concept of perejivanie (Vygotsky, 2018), with the aim of understanding the situations experienced in PIBID that are shown, in narrative writing, to enhance the professional development of future teachers. It was verified PIBID’s ability to promote constant relationships between the actors involved in school education and to provide remarkable events, episodes full of possibilities and emotional collisions for pre-service teaching undergraduate students that contribute to the development of their being a teacher, Keywords: Initial education. PIBID.En este texto, se discute la vivencia del Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (Pibid) [Programa Institucional de Becas de Iniciación a la Docencia] y sus contribuciones a la formación inicial docente. Fueron tomadas para análisis narrativas que registran el encuentro de una estudiante de Pedagogía con el cotidiano escolar, por medio del referido programa en el subproyecto desarrollado por la Universidad Federal de Tocantins. Las narrativas fueron analizadas a partir del concepto de perejivanie (Vygotski, 2018), con el objetivo de comprender las situaciones vividas en el Pibid que se muestran, en la escritura narrativa, como potencializadoras del desarrollo profesional de futuras profesoras. Se constató la capacidad del Pibid de promover relaciones constantes entre los actores del quehacer educativo escolar y en proporcionar eventos notables, episodios repletos de posibilidades y choques emocionales para los estudiantes que contribuyen al desarrollo de su ser profesora. Palabras clave: Formación inicial. Narrativa. Pibid.Neste artigo, discute-se a vivência no Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (Pibid) e suas contribuições para a formação inicial docente. Foram tomadas para análise narrativas que registram o encontro de uma estudante do curso de Pedagogia com o cotidiano escolar, por meio do referido programa no subprojeto desenvolvido pela Universidade Federal do Tocantins. As narrativas foram analisadas a partir do conceito de perejivanie (Vigotski, 2018), com o objetivo de compreender as situações vividas no Pibid que se mostram, na escrita narrativa, como potencializadoras do desenvolvimento profissional de futuras professoras. Constatou-se a capacidade do Pibid em promover constantes relações entre os atores do fazer educativo escolar e em proporcionar eventos marcantes, episódios repletos de possibilidades e de colisões emocionais às licenciandas que contribuem para o desenvolvimento de seu ser professora.
