Supervised Internship and Pedagogical Residency in the Remote Teaching Modality: what is this place?

Resumo: | This article presents reflections on the supervised internship and pedagogical residency in the remote teaching modality, based on experiences in the early elementary school years at Colégio de Aplicação (school lab) of the Federal University of Roraima (CAp/UFRR), in the academic years of 2020 and 2021. This research aims to discuss the didactic-methodological challenges of supervised internship and pedagogical residency in this teaching modality. It has a qualitative approach, and it is characterized as an explanatory-descriptive study. The data-collection tools used were field diary, videoconferences, and reports. The results have shown that, in the face of the pandemic scenario, the supervised internship and the pedagogical residency underwent adaptations to fulfill academic and educational demands, such as: constituted themselves as a dynamic and active space for initial teacher training; they provided action-reflection on the school curriculum and brought implications for the teaching-learning processes and the student’s real needs, especially in extreme contexts. |

El objetivo principal de este estudio es discutir los desafíos didáctico-metodológicos de la pasantía supervisada y la residencia pedagógica en esta modalidad de educación. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo y se caracteriza por ser descriptiva-explicativa. Entre los instrumentos de recopilación de datos utilizados se encuentran: videoconferencias e informes. En los resultados se constató que, ante el escenario de pandemia, la pasantía supervisada y la residencia pedagógica sufrieron adaptaciones para atender las demandas académicas y educativas, configurándose como un espacio dinámico y activo para la formación inicial docente, propiciando la acción-reflexión sobre la escuela, el currículo, las implicaciones para los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje y las necesidades reales del estudiante, especialmente en contextos extremos.Esse artigo apresenta reflexões acerca do estágio supervisionado e da residência pedagógica na modalidade de ensino remoto, a partir de experiências nos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental do Colégio de Aplicação da Universidade Federal de Roraima (CAp/UFRR), nos anos letivos de 2020 e 2021. O objetivo central é discutir sobre os desafios didático-metodológicos do estágio supervisionado e da residência pedagógica nessa modalidade de ensino. A pesquisa é descritivo-explicativa com abordagem qualitativa. Entre os instrumentos de coleta de dados estão: diário de bordo, videoconferências e relatórios.
