Analysis of conditioning factors to pedagogical disinvestment in school Physical Education

Resumo: In the context of pedagogical practice in Brazil, some teachers have been showing constant discouragement with the profession, which makes them give up their pedagogical role, thus entering a state of pedagogical disinvestment. The aim of the study was to analyze the factors that contribute to the pedagogical disinvestment of Physical Education teachers. Two Physical Education teachers with characteristics of disinvestment participated, as well as the director and pedagogical supervisor of the school where these teachers work. Semi-structured interviews and non-participant observations were used in the development of this research. For data processing, content analysis was used. The results demonstrate that the pedagogical disinvestment in school Physical Education is a multifactorial phenomenon, since it was made possible by several factors, such as procedures and characteristics of the school institution and the teaching profile.

El objetivo del estudio fue analizar los factores que contribuyen a la desinversión pedagógica de los profesores de Educación Física. Participaron dos profesores de Educación Física con características de desinversión, así como el director y supervisor pedagógico de la escuela donde laboran estos profesores. Se utilizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas y observaciones no participantes. Para el procesamiento de datos se utilizó el análisis de contenido. Los resultados demuestran que la desinversión pedagógica en la Educación Física escolar es un fenómeno multifactorial, ya que fue posible por varios factores, como los procedimientos y características de la institución escolar y el perfil docente.No cenário da prática pedagógica no Brasil, alguns docentes vêm apresentando um desânimo constante com a profissão, o que faz com que desistam de sua função pedagógica, entrando assim em um estado de desinvestimento pedagógico. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar os fatores que contribuem para o desinvestimento pedagógico dos professores da Educação Física escolar. Participaram dois professores de Educação Física com características do desinvestimento e também a Diretora e a Supervisora pedagógica da escola onde esses docentes atuam. Foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas e observações não participantes para o desenvolvimento dessa pesquisa. Para o tratamento dos dados foi utilizada a análise do conteúdo.
