The BNCC and BNC – Formation as inducer of the erasure of teacher formation

Resumo: | The article analyzes about actual educational curriculum policies and this work had as its goal to analyze on the BNCC and their interrelation with formative process and autonomy of the teachers in their pedagogical performance. The methodology is qualitative and documental. The exploration of the legislation allowed us to understand the movement and intentionalities of curriculum policies and the close relationship of the law with teacher training in the Brazilian context. In the theoretical-methodological perspective, the meanings of the category autonomy are analyzed. The documentary research identifies relevant data sources for new types of qualitative studies, which require great importance for the educational epistemological production. From the results, we conclude that there is a close relationship between the BNCC and Resolution CNE/CEP No. 02/2019. The Resolution is a portrait of the policies implemented in the ballast of the Coup of 2016, and can be translated from the following triad: privatization of the school, control (internal and external evaluation) and formative standardization of curricula. |

La metodología es documental cualitativa. La exploración de la legislación nos permitió comprender el movimiento y las intencionalidades de las políticas curriculares y la íntima relación de la ley con la formación docente en el contexto brasileño. En la perspectiva teórico-metodológica, se analizan los significados de la categoría autonomía. La investigación documental identifica fuentes de datos relevantes para nuevos tipos de estudios cualitativos, que requieren gran importancia para la producción epistemológica educativa. A partir de los resultados, se concluye que existe una estrecha relación entre el BNCC y la Resolución CNE/CEP nº 02/2019. La Resolución es un retrato de las políticas implementadas en el lastre del Golpe de 2016, y se puede traducir de la siguiente tríada: privatización de la escuela, control (evaluación interna y externa) y estandarización formativa de los currículos.O artigo versa sobre as atuais políticas educacionais curriculares e tem como objetivo analisar a BNCC e sua inter-relação com a formação e autonomia dos professores em sua atuação pedagógica. A metodologia da pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa documental. A exploração da legislação nos permitiu compreender o movimento e as intencionalidades das políticas curriculares e relação íntima da lei com a formação de professores no contexto brasileiro. Nessa perspectiva teórico-metodológica, analisamos os sentidos da categoria autonomia. A pesquisa documental identifica fontes de dados relevantes para novos tipos de estudos qualitativos, que requerem grande importância para a produção epistemológica educacional. Dos resultados, concluímos que há uma estreita relação entre a BNCC e a Resolução CNE/CEP nº 02/2019.
