Resumo: | This article seeks to analyze how teachers from the Municipal Network of Fortaleza carry out their reading practices in line with their area of training and how they affect their actions in the classroom. To this end, we use BNC Formation as a point of analysis, considering its three guiding axes: Knowledge, Practice and Engagement. We perceive reading as a framework to expand the teacher's knowledge around their experience, as well as an element of fundamental importance in the construction of student learning, attributing new conceptions about reality. As specific objectives of this work, we seek to analyze the characteristics of the three axes of BNC Formation that guide the continuing education of teachers; to identify possible gaps in the continuing education of teachers from the Municipal Network of Fortaleza, referring to their reading practices and compare the profiles of teachers from the Municipal Network of Fortaleza in the Basic Education segments. For the methodological development, we carried out a questionnaire on Google Forms, in which we had the participation of teachers from the three segments of Basic Education, (Childhood Education and Elementary School I and II). As results and discussions of the article, we propose to analyze, through the feedback obtained by the questionnaire, how the readings performed by the teachers influence and are influenced by their training. |

Con esta finalidad, utilizamos la BNC Formación como punto de análisis, considerando sus tres ejes rectores: Conocimiento, Práctica y Compromiso. Percibimos la lectura como un marco para ampliar los conocimientos del docente en torno a su experiencia, así como un elemento de fundamental importancia en la construcción del aprendizaje de los estudiantes, atribuyéndoles nuevas concepciones sobre la realidad. Como objetivos específicos de este trabajo, buscamos analizar las características de los tres ejes de la BNC Formación que orientan la formación continua de los profesores; identificar posibles fallas en la formación continua de los docentes de la Red Municipal de Fortaleza, referentes a sus prácticas de lectura y comparar los perfiles de los docentes de la Red Municipal de Fortaleza en los segmentos de Educación Básica. Para el desarrollo metodológico, realizamos un cuestionario en Google Forms, en el que contamos con la participación de docentes de los tres segmentos de la Educación Básica, (Educación Infantil y Básica I y II). Como resultados y discusiones del artículo, nos proponemos analizar, las respuestas obtenidas en el cuestionario y de qué manera las lecturas realizadas por los docentes influyen y son influenciadas por su formación.O presente artigo busca analisar como os docentes da Rede Municipal de Fortaleza exercem suas práticas leitoras em consonância com a sua área de formação e como elas repercutem em suas atuações, em sala de aula. Percebemos a leitura como um arcabouço para expandir o conhecimento do professor em torno da sua experiência, bem como um elemento de fundamental importância na construção da aprendizagem do discente, atribuindo novas concepções sobre a realidade. Como objetivos específicos deste trabalho, buscamos analisar as características dos três eixos da BNC Formação que norteiam a formação continuada dos professores; identificar as possíveis lacunas na formação continuada do professor da Rede Municipal de Fortaleza, referentes às suas práticas leitoras e contrapor os perfis dos docentes da Rede Municipal de Fortaleza nos segmentos da Educação Básica. Para o desenvolvimento metodológico, realizamos um questionário no Google Forms, em que tivemos a participação de docentes dos três segmentos da Educação Básica, (Educação Infantil e Ensino Fundamental I e II).
