Resumo: The article studies draft law 6,204 of 2019 and its consequences for users of judicial services, highlighting an analysis of the Portuguese model that served as the basis for the project. It is concluded that the disjudicialization of civil execution in the manner proposed in the bill will not achieve the efficiency indicated, as well as there will be no reduction in spending in so much presented, with the possibility of negative externalities to users. The deductive method was used, with the support of descriptive and explanatory research, observing the use of bibliography and legislation.
