This following research presents a temporal cut and its practical developments related to activities based on inclusion of Technologies in schools belonging to the system of SME-RJ. Such attempt of insertion was given trough two initiatives that feed each other mutually during a major part of the study: the project of digital classes Educopédia and the Embaixadores 3.0 . This research has as main goals to analyze the trajectory of these actors inside of a school setting, contributions, conflicts and reflections that contribute to their process of growth as teacher, and eventually, that as students as well. It can be mentioned as a research tool the questionnaire, exploratory analysis and a historical review of the components of research and the case study over the activities performed as Ambassador with Ambassadors. Dealing with the division of material that compose this study, can be said that it starts by exploring the technological advent of the contemporary world and how this can be related to School. Then, the settings and the subjects of the research Educopédia and Ambassadors right after, the dilemmas faced by the teachers to move forward over a practice that redefine them in a technological world, it ends with the discussions around the activities performed by the Ambassadors in a scope localized over the theoretical background of this research.
