The Course Completion Work (TCC) entitled, The Salgado Village from the Women's Look is a study and reflection on the importance and the organization of the Salgado Village, located in the rural area of the Municipality of Delmiro Gouveia/AL. The research aimed to understand and discuss about the possible ways to build the place. First, making a rescue of the memories and the participation of the women as protagonists of the same, in the construction of its history. In a second moment the research will present the biographical profile and results of the interlocutors interviewed, who stood out in several functions of relevance in the construction of the identity of the place, emphasizing the relations and the feeling of belonging between both. Our theoretical framework is based on the authors Halbwachs (1990), Callai (2004), Bosi (2003), Delgado (2010), Lisboa (2007), Carlos (1996), Tuan (1975), Lima (2007), Teodósio (2002), the others. The techniques of data collection were in addition to the historical survey through the search of old documentary sources referring to the history of the Salgado Village, found in books, reports, land writings and others, as well as techniques of data collection, reporting and interviews were used. This study corroborates to a process of organization of the place making the rescue of its memories, the relations social and the agents that transformed them and especially for the educational process for the new generations.
