Saberes e práticas de docentes de um curso de graduação em enfermagem e a relação com o projeto pedagógico

This is a descriptive exploratory study with qualitative approach. The main objective is to discuss the pedagogical making of teachers and its relation with the PPC. The subjects of the research were the teachers from a Graduation Course in Nursing. The data were collected through technical of focus group and were analyzed through of the thematic analysis of content. The theoretical background used was the complex thought of Edgar Morin. Were discussed five Thematic Units that emerged from the speeches of the subjects. The study pointed the intention of the group of teachers in working with a posture of flexibility and critical and is noticed, in the subjects, the availability to discuss the curricular reforms and to transform the make of a conscious form, however, the transformation of the make depends of multiple factors inserted in a context, beyond of the desire of the subjects and of the orientations of the official documents.
