Resumo: One of the possibilities for the development of urban public transportation is the use of Intelligent Transport Systems, such as mobile applications, in the control and man-agement of urban mobility. In Manaus, one of those available systems is Cadê Meu Ônibus, used by the population to consult bus schedules and itineraries, but which was found to have interface and usability problems that interfere with the user experi-ence. This work seeks to comprehend concepts related to public transport, urban mo-bility and Interaction and User interface design to investigate Cade Meu Ônibus and propose a redesign of its interface, to improve the usability and user experience and thus contribute to improve mobility in the city of Manaus. The project was guided by the agile methodology Scrum as a project development and management methodol-ogy and the conceptual design model Project E as a scientific methodology, being an exploratory-descriptive study with a quantitative-qualitative and user-centered ap-proach. At the end of the study, the result was a new interface that meets functional, usability and user experience requirements, and is therefore capable of optimizing time, increasing productivity, and improving the experience in public transport.

Em Manaus, um dos sistemas disponíveis é o Cadê Meu Ônibus, usado por parte da população para consultar horários e itinerá-rios de ônibus, mas que constatou-se possuir problemas de interface e usabilidade que interferem na experiência do usuário. Este trabalho busca levantar conceitos relacionados a transporte público, mobilidade urbana e Design de Interação e Inter-face para investigar o Cadê Meu Ônibus e propor um redesign de sua interface, a fim de melhorar a usabilidade e experiência do usuário e assim contribuir para a mobilidade da cidade de Manaus. O projeto teve o seu desenvolvimento guiado pela metodologia ágil Scrum como metodologia de desenvolvimento e gerenciamento do projeto e o modelo conceitual de design Projeto E como metodologia científica, sen-do um estudo exploratório-descritivo com abordagem quanti-qualitativa e focada no usuário.
