Resumo: The text presents a brief analysis of reality produced by the development of capitalism, today, highlighting the need to relocate within the historiography of education in the second decade of this century, fundamental categories seized the historical production of the national context: State, Bureaucracy and Market. Evidence strategies of the capitalist state in Brazil in association process between the public and private sector, to ensure the maintenance of education under the tutelage of the state. He enforces the articulation to be magnified among educators and researchers critical to conduct a theoretical and practical confrontation systematic and intensive, due to the onslaught of the federal government that tries to neutralize the political action of trade unions of educators.

Evidencia las estrategias del estado del capitalista   en Brasil en proceso de asociación entre el sector público y privado, para garantizar el mantenimiento de la educación bajo la tutela del Estado .Hace énfasis en el empalme que se extenderá entre los educadores y los investigadores críticos, para llevar con una confrontación teórico-práctica sistemática e intensiva, debido a la embestida del gobierno federal que intenta neutralizar la política de la acción de las organizaciones sindicales de los educadores.O texto apresenta breve análise da realidade produzida pelo desenvolvimento do capitalismo, na atualidade, destacando a necessidade de se recolocar no âmbito da historiografia da educação, na segunda década do século XXI, categorias fundamentais apreendidas na produção histórica do contexto nacional: Estado, Burocracia e Mercado. Evidencia estratégias do Estado capitalista no Brasil no processo de associação entre o setor público e o setor privado, para garantir a manutenção da educação sob a tutela do Estado.
