Há a apresentação de alguns famosos paradoxos da Matemática e histórias sobre o desenvolvimento da ideia do infinito. Passa-se pela ideia de cardinalidade e da existência de infinitos maiores que outros, bem como de séries; começando por sequências curiosas que podem despertar o interesse nos alunos pelo assunto, ampliando o conceito para a convergência e a aplicação de uma famosa série. O trabalho termina propondo atividades para serem aplicadas junto a alunos do ensino fundamental e médio.A little bit of the metaphysical point of view of God's infinity and interpretations about it that shaped my current opinion on were studied here. We presents some famous mathematical paradoxes and stories about the development of the idea of the infinite. One passes through the idea of cardinality and the existence of infinities greater than others, as well as series; we start with some curious sequences that could arouse students' interest to the subject, applying the concept for convergence and it's role on a famous series.
