Resumo: The article discusses the impacts of remote education on professional and technological education in Brazil in times of crisis and pandemic of COVID19, an infectious disease caused by the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) that has victimized thousands of workers worldwide. The pandemic is not the same for everyone, brutally affecting the countries of dependent capitalism, such as Brazil, the current epicenter of the disease, and in this, the most disadvantaged classes, by the absence of an effective state of rights. A final assessment of this impact is not yet possible, since the pandemic has not yet stabilized and remote education may still last, however due to the conditions in which it is being carried out, we infer that it constitutes a fragile and incipient modality, not guaranteeing training and the quality of education. The discussion of this theme, as well as the resistance to the dismantling of rights is urgent, since with the current humanitarian crisis has become more favorable to capital, through the State, to advance on these rights and in particular on public education, implementing mechanisms that impact and compromise critical and quality training.
