Resumo: Currently, one of the strategies for organizational and institutional dominance occurs when the individual is manipulated - by culture, power relations, marketing or ideology interno.A is further stimulated when the target objective or subjective manipulation shows a regressive need of protection. It is here that the organization takes, symbolic and imaginary, a maternal role and, consequently, the individual is unable to carry an affective autonomy. It appears that neoliberalism will legislate and influencing schools and universities to submit to increasingly support the goals and behavior deemed essential by the market and significantly favored by transnational.

É nesta situação que a organização assume, simbólica e imaginariamente, um papel maternal e, conseqüentemente, o indivíduo é impedido de exercer uma autonomia afetiva.
