Resumo: | Extracurricular activities (EA), the central theme of analysis in this work, emerge as an innovative curricular component that can be a way to operationalize the dynamics of training, aiming to reduce the characteristic tension arising from the need for the university to respond alone to so many internal and external demands. external. In view of the above and starting from the guiding question, the general objective was to analyze the extracurricular activities from the perspective of students of the Executive Secretariat of the Federal University of Ceara. For the theoretical basis of this study, documentary material was used in addition to scientific literature from authors such as Frauches (2011), Ribeiro (2002), Amado and Freire (2002), Perrenoud (1999), Dias Sobrinho (2007), Enguita (2004) , Gaioso (2005), Fior (2003), Brandão (2010) and Veiga (2004). Methodologically, a descriptive research was developed, with a qualiquantitative approach and with bibliographic and documentary procedures, together with a survey based on a questionnaire. The instrument, in electronic format, was divided into two sections, composed of objective and subjective questions and sent virtually, via email and social networks. For the interpretation of results, the resources were: descriptive statistics and content analysis. From the data, it was possible to infer that a significant percentage of students have already participated in various activities, especially events, courses and volunteering. The respondents' opinion also showed that the most opportune moment to develop the EA would be, in fact, throughout the course, suggesting that students must be constantly updated in their area. As the main challenge faced by future executive secretaries to carry out the EA, time management stood out. It is concluded that the student's participation in university work, provided by the EA, is of great value for their training. |

As the main challenge faced by future executive secretaries to carry out the EA, time management stood out. It is concluded that the student's participation in university work, provided by the EA, is of great value for their training. Sousa, Elaine Freitas deAndrade, Jeferson Cristhian Alexandre de2022-04-18T12:44:17Z2022-04-18T12:44:17Z2022info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisapplication/pdfANDRADE , J.
