Resumo: | Soils provide ecosystem services which promote human well-being. However, educational actions for the popularization of pedological knowledge and the construction of sustainable values are deficient. One of the factors that causes this problem is teacher training. The aim of this research is to analyze the geography educators training for teaching soil in basic education. We evaluated the pedagogical projects of the Geography degree courses in the state of Ceará. The research stages were: literature review, documentary research, data collection, textual analysis and critical analysis. We identified that the curricular arrangements do not adequately provide moments for the development of strategies for the transposition of technical and scientific knowledge for basic education. We suggest expanding the practices that deal with the exercise of teaching work. |

Sin embargo, acciones educativas para la popularización humana de los conocimientos pedológicos y construcción de valores sustentables son deficientes. Uno de los factores que ocasiona este problema es la formación del docente. El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la capacitación de los educadores de Geografía activos en el Estado de Ceará. Las etapas de la investigación fueran: repaso de la literatura, investigación documental, recopilación de datos, análisis textual y análisis crítica. Identificamos que las planificaciones curriculares no ponen a disposición adecuadamente momentos para el desarrollo de estrategias para la transposición de los conocimientos técnico-científicos para la enseñanza básica. Sugerimos la ampliación de las prácticas que se ocupan del ejercicio del trabajo docente.Os solos prestam serviços ecossistêmicos que suscitam o bem-estar humano. O objetivo dessa pesquisa é analisar a capacitação de educadores de Geografia para o ensino de solos na educação básica. Avaliamos os projetos pedagógicos dos cursos de licenciatura em Geografia atuantes no estado do Ceará. As etapas da pesquisa foram: revisão da literatura, pesquisa documental, coleta de dados, análise textual e análise crítica. Identificamos que os arranjos curriculares não disponibilizam adequadamente momentos para o desenvolvimento de estratégias para a transposição dos conhecimentos técnico-científicos para o ensino básico.
