Resumo: This article addresses socioemotional education and the uses of Restorative Justice (RJ) and Non-Violent Communication (NVC) practices at School. The research carried out aimed to investigate how teachers in the early years of Elementary School can help students to use NVC and RJ practices in their relationships and contribute to the enhance the socioemotional educational process. Action-research was the methodological choice that made possible to investigate conceptions and practices of teachers in the early years of Elementary School at the XXX XXX State School, also carrying out continuing education of teachers. The intervention proposed to elucidate concepts of RJ, NVC and Socio-Emotional Education in the school context, proposing the creation of instruments for the experience of restorative practices.

La investigación realizada tuvo como objetivo indagar cómo los docentes de los primeros años de la Enseñanza Fundamental pueden ayudar a los estudiantes a utilizar las prácticas de CNV y JR en sus relaciones y contribuir al fortalecimiento del proceso educativo socioemocional. La investigación-acción fue la elección metodológica que posibilitó investigar las concepciones y prácticas de los docentes de los primeros años de la Enseñanza Fundamental de la Escuela Estadual XXX XXX, también realizando formación permanente. La propuesta de intervención realizada dilucida los conceptos de JR, CNV y Educación Socioemocional en el contexto escolar, proponiendo la creación de instrumentos para la vivencia de prácticas restaurativas.O artigo aborda a educação socioemocional e a adoção de práticas de justiça restaurativa (JR) e da comunicação não violenta (CNV) na escola. A pesquisa realizada teve como objetivos investigar como os professores dos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental da EEEM Santo Antônio podem auxiliar os estudantes a utilizarem a CNV e práticas de JR em seus relacionamentos, além de proporcionar formação aos professores e contribuir para o fortalecimento do processo educativo socioemocional. A pesquisa-ação foi a escolha metodológica utilizando uma proposta de intervenção realizada que elucida os conceitos citados, propondo a realização de círculos de Construção de Paz e as Cerimônias de Abertura e Fechamento das Aulas como instrumentos para a vivência das práticas restaurativas. Palavras-chave: ensino fundamental, educação socioemocional, justiça restaurativa, comunicação não violenta.   ABSTRACT This article addresses socio-emotional education and the adoption of restorative justice (JR) and non-violent communication (NVC) practices at school. The research carried out aimed to investigate how teachers in the early years of elementary school at EEEM Santo Antônio can help students to use CNV and JR practices in their relationships, as well as to provide training for teachers and to contribute for the strengthening of the socio-emotional development for students. Action research was the methodological selection, using an intervention proposal carried out which elucidated the aforementioned concepts, proposing the realization of Peace Building Circles and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of Classes as tools for the experience of restorative practices. Keywords: elementary education, socio-emotional education, restorative justice, non-violent communication.   RESUMEN El artículo aborda la educación socioemocional y la adopción de prácticas de Justicia Restaurativa (JR) y de la Comunicación no Violenta (CNV) en la escuela. La investigación realizada tuvo como objetivos investigar cómo los profesores de los primeros años de la Enseñanza Primaria de la EEEM Santo Antonio pueden ayudar a los estudiantes a utilizar la CNV y las prácticas de JR en sus relaciones, además de capacitar a los profesores y contribuir al fortalecimiento del proceso educativo socioemocional. La investigación-acción fue la elección metodológica a partir de una propuesta de intervención realizada, dilucidando los conceptos mencionados, proponiendo la realización de círculos de Construcción de Paz y las Ceremonias de Apertura y Clausura de Clases como instrumentos para la vivencia de prácticas restaurativas.
