Resumo: The text explores the reformist movement and the place of knowledge in the New Secondary School. Based on documents from the Lemann Foundation, ANPEd, CONSED and others, it presentes inferences derived from the Content Analysis (BARDIN, 1977) and the Policy Cycle (BALL and BOWE, 1992). Such inferences are related to three categories: New Philanthropy and the desired student – refinement of the instrumental curriculum (YOUNG, 2011); Superprescriptive contente – the procedurality curricular under control (SACRISTÁN, 2012); and Focus on the student`s daily life – obstruction to powerful knowledge (YOUNG, 2011).

Tales inferencias se relacionan com três categorias: Nueva Filantropia y el alumno deseado – refuerzo del curriculo instrumental (YOUNG, 2011); Contenidos superprescriptivos – la procedimentalidad curricular bajo control (SACRISTÁN, 2012); y Centrarse en la vida diaria del estudiante – obstrucción al conocimiento poderoso (YOUNG, 2011).Le texte explore le mouvement de réforme et la place de la connaissance dans le New High School. Basé sur des documents de la Fondation Lemann, ANPEd, CONSED et autres, il présente des inférences dérivées de l'analyse de contenu (BARDIN, 1977) et du cycle politique (BALL et BOWE, 1992). Ces inférences sont liées à trois catégories: la nouvelle philanthropie et l'élève souhaité – renforcement du cursus instrumental (YOUNG, 2011); Contenu super prescriptif – procédure du programme en échec (SACRISTÁN, 2012); et se concentrer sur la vie quotidienne de l'élève – obstruction à des connaissances puissantes (YOUNG, 2011).O texto explora o movimento reformista e o lugar do conhecimento no Novo Ensino Médio. A partir de documentos da Fundação Lemann, ANPEd, CONSED e outros, apresenta inferências derivadas da Análise de Conteúdo (BARDIN, 1977) e do Ciclo de Políticas (BALL e BOWE, 1992). Tais inferências relacionam-se a três categorias: nova Filantropia e o aluno desejado, teor super prescritivo e foco na vida cotidiana do aluno.
