QUALIFICATION OF FIELD EDUCATORS: THE CASE OF THE EARTH SCHOOLPROGRAM

Resumo: The field educators qualification, facing these backs of the present time is the main subject of this article. First o fall, we understand that they are important agents to unveil the agrobusiness speech regards Agriculture sustainability. Subsequently, the importance of the public politics of the Earth School was addressed, in Paraná state, for the continued qualification of field educators as builders of agroecology. The field educators qualification, in this perspective, is not impartial and is committed to the valorization and continuity of the Peasant Agriculture Field and the fight of the Agribusiness Field, therefore, it is articulated to the fight for another project of society. Primeramente, comprendemos que ellos son importantes agentes para desvelar los discursos del agronegocio sobre la sostenibilidad de la agricultura. Posteriormente, abordamos la importancia de la política pública Escuela de la Tierra, en la provincia de Paraná, para la formación continua de educadores como constructores de la agroecología. La formación de educadores del campo, en esta perspectiva, no es imparcial y está comprometida con la valorización y continuidad del Campo de la agricultura campesina y el combate del Campo del agronegocio, por lo tanto, está articulada a la lucha por otro proyecto de sociedad. PALABRAS CLAVE: Agroecología. Agronegocio. Escuela de la Tierra. Formación de Educadores. A formação de educadores do campo, diante dos retrocessos do tempo presente, é a temática central deste artigo. Primeiramente, compreendemos que eles são importantes agentes para desvelar os discursos do agronegócio quanto à sustentabilidade da agricultura. Posteriormente, abordamos a importância da política pública Escola da Terra, no estado do Paraná, para a formação continuada de educadores como construtores da agroecologia. A formação de educadores do campo, nessa perspectiva, não é imparcial e está comprometida com a valorização e continuidade do Campo da agricultura camponesa e o combate do Campo do agronegócio, logo, está articulada à luta por outro projeto de sociedade.
