EDUCATIONAL POLICIES AND CONTEMPORARY IDENTITIES: THE WORLD EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM

Resumo: This article aims to reflect how is the world educational system (Azevedo, Joaquim, 2007) and the action of multilateral organizations influence the schooling agendas of national policies.Its also intends ponder the setbacks in educational policies, guided by neoliberal and neoconservative policies in contemporary times (AGUIAR, 2018; BALLESTRIN, 2013; CISLAGHI, 2019; FREIRE, 1997) that cross the constitutions of contemporary identities in Hall's vision (2003; 2006) and Bauman (2001; 2005). To this end, this text is a bibliographic review of exploratory feature from the perspective of Gil (2010). It is concluded that the global educational system is a historical process in which international organizations promote convergences among countries, standardizing education and the subjects involved in these global contexts are challenged by these issues, which compose and fragment it. World Education System.Este artículo tiene como objetivo reflejar cómo el sistema educativo mundial (Azevedo, Joaquim, 2007) y la acción de los organismos multilaterales influyen en las agendas escolares de las políticas nacionales. Também tiene la intención de reflexionar sobre los retrocesos en las políticas educativas, guiadas por políticas neoliberales y neoconservadoras en tiempos contemporáneos (AGUIAR, 2018; BALLESTRIN, 2013; CISLAGHI, 2019; FREIRE, 1997), Con este fin, este texto es una revisión bibliográfica de carácter exploratorio desde la perspectiva de Gil (2010) que atraviesan las constituciones de las identidades contemporâneas en la visión de Hall (2003; 2006) e Bauman (2001; 2005). Se concluye que el sistema educativo global es un proceso histórico en que los organismos internacionales promueven convergencias entre países, estandarizando la educación y los sujetos involucrados en estos contextos globales se ven desafiados por estos temas, que lo componen y fragmentan. PALABRAS-CLAVE: Educación. Globalización. Identidades. Sistema Educativo Mundial.O presente artigo visa refletir como é o sistema educativo mundial (AZEVEDO, J., 2007) e como as relações dos organismos multilaterais influenciam nas agendas de escolarização das políticas nacionais. Tenciona, também, ponderar sobre alguns retrocessos nas políticas educacionais, balizados por políticas neoliberais e neoconservadoras na contemporaneidade (AGUIAR, 2018; BALLESTRIN, 2013; CISLAGHI, 2019; FREIRE, 1997) que atravessam as constituições das identidades contemporâneas na visão de Hall (2003; 2006) e Bauman (2001; 2005). Para tal, o presente texto é uma revisão bibliográfica de caráter exploratório na perspectiva de Gil (2010). Conclui-se que o sistema educativo mundial é um processo histórico em que organizações internacionais promovem convergências entre os países, normatizando a educação e os sujeitos envolvidos nesses contextos globais são interpelados por essas questões, que o compõem e o fragmentam.  PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Educação.
