Resumo: This article aims to analyze the challenges experienced by experienced teachers when returning to daily teaching with the changes in the organization of teaching and learning caused by the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic. A qualitative research approach, and for data collection, research forms (Google Forms) were sent to teachers at the Municipal Department of Education, with the aim of knowing the skills they had regarding the use of computers and, also, a semi-structured interviews were carried out with six teachers with teaching experience ranging from 22 to 39 years and who teach in a public school in a municipality in the interior of Bahia. The interviews were carried out with the help of the WhatsApp application during the 2020 academic year, the year in which he began to carry out teaching activities remotely, with the purpose of knowing their opinions regarding the tools used in classes and the difficulties they brought. for teaching work. Finally, it was possible to understand their perceptions, hopes and fears about the organization of education at school, at that time of changing methodologies and practices, as well as knowing how the teachers saw their future in an education that is now more technological and dependent on tools that, until then, according to their own statements, they did not know existed

La investigación es con enfoque cualitativo, y, para la recolección de datos, Se enviaron formularios de investigación (Google Forms) a los docentes de la Secretaría. Consejo Municipal de Educación, con el objetivo de conocer las competencias que tenía respecto al uso de las computadoras. También hubo un entrevista semiestructurada a seis docentes, con experiencia docente que tienen entre 22 y 39 años de experiencia, y enseñan en escuelas públicas de Municipio del interior de Bahía. Las entrevistas se realizaron con la ayuda de Aplicación de WhatsApp durante el ciclo escolar 2020, año en el que comenzaron a serlo Las actividades docentes se realizan de forma remota, con el objetivo de conocer sus opiniones respecto a las herramientas utilizadas en las clases y las dificultades que aportaron a su labor docente. Finalmente, fue posible comprender su percepciones, esperanzas y temores sobre la organización de la educación, en la escuela, en ese momento de cambio de metodologías y prácticas, además de saber cómo ¿Cómo veían los docentes su futuro en una educación que ahora es más tecnológicas y dependientes de herramientas que, hasta entonces, según sus propias líneas, no sabían que existían.O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar os desafios vivenciados por professoras experientes no retorno ao cotidiano do ensino com as mudanças na organização do ensino e aprendizagem provocados pelo combate à pandemia de Coronavírus. A pesquisa é com abordagem qualitativa, e, para a coleta dos dados, foi enviado formulários de pesquisa (Google Forms) aos professores da Secretaria Municipal da Educação, com o objetivo de conhecer as habilidades que elas possuíam a respeito do uso de computadores. Foi realizada também uma entrevista semiestruturada com seis professoras, com tempos na docência que variam de 22 a 39 anos de experiência, e lecionam em escolas públicas de um município do interior da Bahia. As entrevistas foram realizadas com auxílio do aplicativo WhatsApp durante o ano letivo de 2020, ano em que começou a serem realizadas as atividades docentes de forma remota, com a finalidade de conhecer suas opiniões a respeito das ferramentas utilizadas nas aulas e as dificuldades que elas traziam para o trabalho docente.
