ENCHANTMENT AND FASCINATION: THE SEDUCTION DIMENSIONS IN EDUCATION

Resumo: | The aim of this study was to describe the phenomenon of seduction in the educational relationship. The ethnomethodology was utilized as a theoretical and methodological referential for data analysis. This is a case study, with a qualitative approach. The sample was intentional and consists of three university students. The study concludes that the phenomenon occurs incessantly in the educational area. The reports revealed two polar categories. There is a dimension of enchantment, where individuals interact and constructing a relationship based on autonomy. There is also a dimension of fascination, where the discernment of a party is compromised. |

Se utilizó la etnometodología como referencial teórico y metodológico para análisis de los datos. Es un estudio de caso, con un enfoque cualitativo. La muestra fue intencional y se compone de tres estudiantes universitarios. El estudio concluye que el fenómeno se produce constantemente en el área educativa. Los informes revelaron dos categorías polares. Existe una dimensión de atracción, donde los individuos interactúan y construyen una relación basada en la autonomía. Sin embargo, también hay una dimensión de la fascinación, donde el discernimiento de una de las partes se ve comprometido.O objetivo deste estudo é descrever o fenômeno da sedução na relação pedagógica. Utilizou-se a etnometodologia como referencial teórico-metodológico na análise dos dados. Trata-se de um estudo de caso, com abordagem qualitativa. A amostra foi intencional e constituída de três alunos universitários. Conclui-se que o fenômeno ocorre incessantemente na área educacional. Os dados evidenciaram duas categorias polares. Identificou-se uma dimensão de encantamento, onde os indivíduos interagem e edificam uma relação baseada na autonomia e outra, entendida como fascínio, em que o discernimento de uma das partes fica comprometido.
