Resumo: Neste artigo se faz uma reflexão sobre o direito ao esquecimento, englobando não somente questões midiáticas, mas também a superexposição das pessoas na internet. As contraposições a esse direito, pela liberdade de informações e de imprensa e, de interesse público/social. Seu intuito é entender sua aplicação no Brasil e o processo de interpretação nas colisões dentre esses princípios constitucionais. E, sua correlação e possível aplicação ao mundo da Internet.
