Pedagocycal Residence Program in Geography: experiences and practices beyond supervised internship

Resumo: | Teaching practice in teacher training courses is not based on the teaching knowledge of future education professionals. Thus, in the Geography Degree course, the Supervised Curricular Internship is a mandatory component. However, due to various difficulties, it is not always able to achieve its proposed objectives. The Pedagogical Residency Program arose from the need to eliminate the following difficulties, in this training process as a distance between theory and practice during the performance of exercises. This study was studied in a reflection on the internship and the teaching practice as well as of teacherstraining, sought to analyze how experiences and practices, with regard to the program in the Geography licensing course at UEMS, Jardim Unit, MS, in the years 2018 and 2019. Adopting participant observation as a procedure from three program members, as suggested considerations about the need for such programs to be maintained and improved in the follow-up of teacher training courses. |

De esa forma, en el curso de Geografía, la Pasantía Curricular Supervisada es un componente obligatorio. Sin embargo, debido a varias dificultades, no siempre se logran los objetivos propuestos. El Programa de Residencia Pedagógica ha surgido de la necesidad de eliminar determinadas dificultades en este proceso de capacitación, como el alejamiento entre la teoría y la práctica durante la realización de la pasantía. Este estudio es una reflexión sobre las prácticas de enseñanza, bien como la pasantía en la formación del profesorado. Se han analizado dichas experiencias y prácticas realizadas en el programa del curso de Geografía de la UEMS, Unidad Jardim/MS, en 2018 y 2019. A partir de la observación participante de tres becarios del programa, podemos decir que hay la necesidad de que tales programas se mantengan y se perfeccionen para auxiliar los cursos de capacitación docente.A prática de ensino nos cursos de formação de professores constitui no principal alicerce do saber docente dos futuros profissionais da educação. Assim, no curso de Licenciatura em Geografia, o Estágio Curricular Supervisionado é componente obrigatório. Entretanto, em razão de inúmeras dificuldades, nem sempre se consegue atingir seus objetivos propostos. O Programa de Residência Pedagógica surgiu a partir da necessidade de suprir determinadas dificuldades presentes nesse processo de formação como o distanciamento entre teoria e prática durante a realização dos estágios. Este estudo constitui-se em uma reflexão sobre as práticas de ensino, bem como, o estágio na formação de professores, buscou-se analisar as experiências e práticas realizadas no âmbito deste programa no curso de Licenciatura em Geografia da UEMS, Unidade de Jardim∕MS, realizadas nos anos de 2018 e 2019.
