Resumo: This article shows the importance of the role of the State as a stimulator of economic activity to ensure the functioning of business activity, where the company represents a dynamic and central social actor to guarantee the human right to work in the context of the pandemic. Considering the current uncertainty in labor stability for both employers and workers, it is important to identify some of the changes that have occurred in labor relations and rights in the Mexican labor market before COVID-19. To this purpose, a qualitative documentary study was conducted from a socio-legal perspective. Among the main findings is the importance of strengthening mechanisms for dialogue between workers, employers, and government, aiming at the development of strategies to overcome the current crises in the Mexican labor market.

Among the main findings is the importance of strengthening mechanisms for dialogue between workers, employers, and government, aiming at the development of strategies to overcome the current crises in the Mexican labor market.Este artículo da cuenta de la importancia del papel del Estado como estimulador de la actividad económica para asegurar el funcionamiento de la actividad empresarial, donde la empresa es un actor social dinámico y central para garantizar el derecho humano al trabajo en el contexto de pandemia al considerar la actual incertidumbre en la estabilidad laboral tanto para patrones como para trabajadores, ante lo cual resulta pertinente identificar algunos de los cambios que se han dado en las relaciones y derechos laborales en el mercado de trabajo mexicano ante el COVID-19, para lo cual se realizó un estudio documental cualitativo desde la perspectiva socio jurídica. Entre los principales hallazgos resalta la importancia de fortalecer mecanismos para el diálogo entre trabajadores, patrones y gobierno para el desarrollo de estrategias que permitan superar las crisis presentadas en el mercado de trabajo mexicano.Este artigo percebe a importância do papel do Estado como estimulador da atividade econômica para garantir o funcionamento da atividade empresarial, em que a empresa é um ator social dinâmico e central para garantir o direito humano ao trabalho no contexto de uma pandemia.
