Training as a focus: from the teacher to the manager aiming at the production of knowledge

Resumo: | This article presents two research experiences involving teacher education in basic, higher and managerial education. The first experience is a cutout from a doctorate research completed in 2019 at a public higher education institution. Its objective was mapping the institutional actions aimed at the training of university professors, developed by the federal public higher education institutions in Brazil. The second research assesses educational management, as well as its implications for the manager based on a survey done in the State of Pernambuco. Both research projects have continuing education as a trigger point, and the theoretical framework presented in each discussion refers to contemporary authors. Both studies point out procedural advances in the understanding of formative processes. |

El primero es un extracto de una investigación completada en 2019 para un doctorado en una institución pública de educación superior. El objetivo fue mapear las acciones institucionales dirigidas a la formación de profesores universitarios, desarrolladas por las IES públicas federales en Brasil. O Según una encuesta que cuestiona la gestión educativa por los resultados implementados en el estado de Pernambuco, así como sus implicaciones para el gestor. La investigación tiene la educación continua como punto de activación y el marco teórico presentado en cada discusión se refiere a autores contemporáneos. Ambos estudios señalan avances procedimentales en la comprensión de los procesos formativos.Este artigo apresenta duas experiências de pesquisa envolvendo a formação docente da educação básica, superior e do gestor. O primeiro um recorte de uma pesquisa finalizada em 2019, de doutorado em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior pública. O objetivo foi mapear as ações institucionais voltadas para a formação dos docentes universitários, desenvolvidas pelas IES públicas federais no Brasil. O Segundo uma pesquisa que problematiza a gestão educacional por resultados implantados no Estado de Pernambuco, como também as suas implicações para o gestor. As pesquisas possuem a formação continuada como ponto desencadeador e o referencial teórico apresentado em cada discussão remete aos autores da contemporaneidade.
