Resumo: | The internship has great importance in the initial formation, since it allows the direct contact of the graduates with the school reality, taking this teachers in initial training to experience the teaching and learning process under the teaching experience. Thus, the objective is to report the experience of undergraduate students of Rural Education Degree Course at the Federal University of Catalão (Rural Education) in an internship at EJA, seeking to reflect on the importance of this stage in the initial training of undergraduate students involved. This analyse is based on qualitative research, having as a data collection instruments the field diary and a interview with a school teacher (preceptor). Through data analysis, it was observed that the training of some school teachers was not specific training for the area in which they were working and that the teachers do not have access to continuing education. The observations brought a new perception in relation to the specificities of an EJA, giving the opportunity to learn more about this type of teaching, thus enriching background as future teachers and enabling the elaboration of a Didactic Sequence more contextualized with the reality of the students of the rural school. Thus, it is clear that for a teaching performance that guarantees full and critical learning, it is necessary to know the reality of the students. |

Así, el objetivo es reportar la experiencia de los estudiantes de pregrado de Curso de Grado en Educación Rural en la Universidad Federal de Catalão (EDUCampo / UFCAT) en una pasantía en Educación de jóvenes y adultos (EJA), buscando reflexionar sobre la importancia de esta etapa en la formación inicial de los estudiantes de pregrado involucrados. Este análisis se basa en una investigación cualitativa, con instrumentos de recolección de datos como el diario de campo y la entrevista con el maestro de escuela (preceptor). Através del análisis de datos, se observó que la formación de algunos de los docentes de esta escuela no fue específica para el área en la que estaban trabajando y que los docentes no están teniendo acceso a la educación continua. Las observaciones trajeron una nueva percepción en relación a las especificidades de una EJA, dándo la oportunidad de conocer mejor esta modalidad de enseñanza, enriqueciendo así bagaje como futuros docentes y posibilitando la elaboración de una Secuencia Didáctica más contextualizada con la realidad de los alumnos de la escuela rural. Así, queda claro que para una actuación docente que garantice un aprendizaje pleno y crítico, es necesario conocer la realidad de los estudiantes.O Estágio tem grande importância na formação inicial docente, uma vez que permite o contato direto dos licenciandos com a realidade escolar, levando estes professores em formação inicial a vivenciarem o processo de ensino e aprendizagem sob a ótica docente. Dessa forma, objetiva-se relatar a vivência de licenciandos do Curso de Licenciatura em Educação do Campo da Universidade Federal de Catalão (EDUCampo/UFCAT) em um estágio na Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA), buscando-se refletir sobre a importância desta etapa na formação inicial dos licenciandos envolvidos. Esta análise se pauta em uma pesquisa qualitativa, tendo como instrumentos de coleta de dados o diário de campo e a entrevista com um professor da escola (preceptor). Por meio da análise dos dados, observou-se que a formação de alguns dos docentes desta escola não era específica para a área em que estavam atuando e que os docentes não vêm tendo acesso a uma formação continuada. As observações trouxeram uma nova percepção em relação às especificidades de uma EJA, oportunizando conhecer melhor essa modalidade de ensino, portanto enriquecendo a bagagem como futuros professores e possibilitando que se pautasse a elaboração de uma sequência didática mais contextualizada com a realidade dos alunos da escola campo.
