Pedagogical coordinator and remote education: practices and challenges in the face of the pandemic

Resumo: The study aims to analyze what have been the main challenges of the dynamics of remote teaching in the work of the Pedagogical Coordinator (CP) in the scope of the public school. As a locus of reflection, the educational reality of a municipality located in the Amazon region is used. Among the proposed objectives, we seek to: identify the technological resources used by the PCs as responses to the challenges experienced at school; understand the perception of PCs on the dynamics of remote education; and verify the contributions and discrepancies of remote education in the professional performance of PCs. The discussions result from field research, including the use of bibliographic research and application of semi-structured questionnaires. From the results obtained, it appears that there are innumerable challenges caused when doing CPs pedagogical, requiring the organization and monitoring of actions in search of the materiality of the teaching-learning process, even in the face of deficient work conditions: conflicts, poor internet signal, lack of training, etc.

Como lugar de reflexión se utiliza la realidad educativa de un municipio ubicado en la región amazónica. Entre los objetivos propuestos, buscamos: identificar los recursos tecnológicos utilizados por los PC como respuesta a los desafíos vividos en la escuela; comprender la percepción de las PC sobre la dinámica de la educación remota; y verificar los aportes y discrepancias de la educación a distancia en el desempeño profesional de los PC. Las discusiones son el resultado de una investigación de campo, contemplando el uso de la investigación bibliográfica y la aplicación de cuestionarios semiestructurados. De los resultados obtenidos, se desprende que son innumerables los desafíos que se generan a la hora de hacer los PCs pedagógicos, requiriendo la organización y seguimiento de acciones en busca de la materialidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, incluso ante condiciones de trabajo deficientes: conflictos, mala internet. señal, falta de formación, etc.O estudo visa analisar quais têm sido os principais desafios da dinâmica do ensino remoto no trabalho do Coordenador Pedagógico (CP) no âmbito da escola pública. Utiliza-se, como lócus de reflexão, a realidade educacional de um município situado na região amazônica. Dentre os objetivos propostos, busca-se: identificar os recursos tecnológicos utilizados pelos CPs como respostas aos desafios vivenciados na escola; compreender a percepção dos CPs sobre a dinâmica do ensino remoto; e verificar as contribuições e discrepâncias do ensino remoto na atuação profissional dos CPs. As discussões resultam de pesquisa de campo, contemplando o uso de pesquisa bibliográfica e aplicação de questionários semiestruturados.
