Resumo: This text is composed of testimonies of professors of the Graduate Program in Education of the Methodist University of Piracicaba, alluding to the 50 years of existence of the master's and doctoral courses in education. The testimonies narrate the unique and collective experience of professors in research, teaching, and training master’s and doctoral students over the five decades celebrated in 2022. Different moments of this history bring forth memories and traces of a rich learning experience marked by academic achievement, and provided by the intellectual, professional and affective environment of this place.

Los testimonios narran la experiencia única y colectiva vivida por los profesores de magísteres y doctores en investigación, docencia y formación a lo largo de las cinco décadas celebradas en 2022. Diferentes momentos de esta historia traen recuerdos y marcas de una experiencia académica llena de aprendizajes y logros, proporcionados por el entorno intelectual, profesional y afectivo de este lugar.O presente texto é composto por depoimentos de professores e professoras do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba, alusivos aos 50 anos de existência dos cursos de mestrado e doutorado em educação. Os testemunhos narram a experiência singular e coletiva vivida pelos docentes na pesquisa, docência e formação de mestres e doutores ao longo das cinco décadas celebradas em 2022.
