Resumo: This scientific article started from the hypothesis that there is an inconsistency about the recognition of the principle of insignificance to crimes of theft and misconduct. In this way, I start from an analysis of the theory of law proposed by Ronald Dworkin to retake the meaning of the principles, as well as his idea of interpretation and conception of law as integrity, in order to conclude if the hypothesis of incoherence is confirmed.
