LEISURE AND SPORTS IN SCHOOL CONTRACTS IN BELO HORIZONTE/MG

Resumo: | The after-school programs developed in the municipal education system in the city of Belo Horizonte, more specifically, the Integrated School and Second Time Programs interact with the school's dynamics and sometimes cause juxtaposition in the implementation of their actions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the production of the imaginary of leisure and sport in a peripheral’s school in the city. Thirty-seven interviews were conducted and analyzed that produced discourses about leisure and sport. The research was based on the policy cycle to reflect the political and social practices unfolded in the dynamics of the school. The fields of discourse analysis and social representation were used to treat the data produced by the research subjects. The idea that sport is health, away from drugs, combats violence, is competition, and is leisure permeates the school's discursive practices. The consensual imaginary of this social practice moves little towards its concreteness in social reality. The discourses of leisure perceived in school practice allow me to mean it as an instrument for inducing a disciplined conduct expected and solidified in the context of the production of its representation, as well as fun or entertainment necessary for the 'needy' scene in which the afterschool programs are inserted. |

Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar la producción del imaginario del ocio y el deporte en una escuela periférica de la ciudad. Se realizaron y analizaron treinta y siete entrevistas que produjeron discursos sobre el ocio y el deporte. La investigación se basó en el ciclo político para reflejar las prácticas políticas y sociales desplegadas en la dinámica de la escuela. Para el tratamiento de los datos producidos por los sujetos de la investigación se recorrieron los campos del análisis del discurso y de la representación social. La idea de que el deporte es salud, aleja de las drogas, combate la violencia, es competición, es ocio impregna las prácticas discursivas escolares. El imaginario consensuado de esta práctica social se mueve poco hacia su concreción en la realidad social. Los discursos del ocio percibidos en la práctica escolar me permiten significarlo como un instrumento de inducción de una conducta disciplinada esperada y solidificada en el contexto de la producción de su representación, así como de diversión o entretenimiento necesario para la escena 'necesitada' en la que se insertan los programas extraescolares.Os programas de contraturno escolar desenvolvidos na rede municipal de ensino da cidade de Belo Horizonte, mais especificamente, os Programas Escola Integrada e Segundo Tempo interagem com a dinâmica da escola e, por vezes, provocam justaposição na concretização de suas ações. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar a produção do imaginário de lazer e esporte numa escola periférica da cidade. Foram realizadas e analisadas 37 entrevistas que produziram discursos sobre o lazer e esporte. A pesquisa baseou-se no ciclo de política para refletir as práticas políticas e sociais desenroladas na dinâmica da escola. Os campos da análise de discurso e da representação social foram percorridos para o tratamento dos dados produzidos pelos sujeitos da pesquisa. O ideário que o esporte é saúde, afasta das drogas, combate à violência, é competição, é lazer permeia as práticas discursivas da escola. O imaginário consensuado dessa prática social pouco avança para sua concretude na realidade social. Os discursos do lazer percebidos na prática escolar me permitem significá-lo como instrumento de indução de uma conduta disciplinada esperada e solidificada no contexto da produção de sua representação, bem como diversão ou entretenimento necessários à cena ‘carente’ no qual os programas de contraturno se inserem.
