Resumo: The present essay had as main objective to develop a critical reflection on the articulation between the so called Labor Reform (Law 13467/17) and the phenomenon of the social precarization of work, particularly with regard to its subjective effects for the working class. For that, the results of two researches were carried out with workers of the public administration that have, respectively, temporary contractual and outsourced contractual ties. The interlocution between such research practices shows that the project of the Labor Reform - in its foundations and practical consequences - reveals itself as unfolding of the phenomenon itself of the precariousness of work, catalyzing its multiple deleterious effects for the working class. Finally, it is affirmed that the set of recent political-juridical decisions of the Brazilian labor context - including the project of the Labor Reform - represents a threat to the social protection mechanisms, health and collective organization.

Para ello, se expusieron los resultados de dos investigaciones realizadas con trabajadores y trabajadoras del ámbito de la administración pública que tienen, respectivamente, vínculos contractuales temporales y tercerizados. La interlocución entre tales prácticas de investigación evidencia que el proyecto de la Reforma Laboral-en sus fundamentos y prácticas- se revela como desdoblamiento del propio fenómeno de la precarización del trabajo, catalizando sus múltiples efectos deletéreos. Por último, se afirma que el conjunto de las recientes decisiones político-jurídicas del contexto laboral brasileño -en las que se incluye el proyecto de la Reforma Laboral- representa una amenaza a los mecanismos de protección social y organización colectiva.O presente ensaio teve como objetivo central desenvolver uma reflexão crítica acerca da articulação entre a chamada Reforma Trabalhista (Lei 13.467/2017) e o fenômeno da precarização social do trabalho, particularmente no que tange aos seus efeitos subjetivos para a classe trabalhadora. Para tal, foram expostos os resultados de duas pesquisas realizadas com trabalhadores e trabalhadoras do âmbito da administração pública que possuem, respectivamente, vínculos contratuais temporários e terceirizados. A interlocução entre tais práticas de pesquisa evidencia que o projeto da Reforma Trabalhista - em seus fundamentos e consequências  práticas - revela-se enquanto desdobramento do próprio fenômeno da precarização do trabalho, catalisando seus múltiplos efeitos deletérios para a classe trabalhadora.
