Resumo: This paper aimed to understand the reflexivity and learning in the construction of sense (sensemaking) of members of junior enterprises linked to the Federal University of Sergipe. This research is qualitative, descriptive and exploratory. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus groups, non-participant observations and document analysis. Then, these data were triangulated and analyzed through content and narrative analysis. Learning and reflexivity were perceived as fundamental in this sensemaking process. The concrete experience generates observations and reflections, which form abstract concepts and generalizations. These concepts will have their implications tested on new situations, again generating a concrete experience. Reflection is part of the learning process, and both are fundamental to the sensemaking process.

La investigación es cualitativa, descriptiva y exploratoria. Los datos se recogieron mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas, grupos de discusión, observaciones no participantes y análisis de documentos. Los datos se triangularon y se analizaron mediante análisis de contenido y narrativo. El aprendizaje y la reflexividad fueron percibidos como fundamentales en este proceso de creación de sentido. La experiencia concreta genera observaciones y reflexiones, que forman conceptos abstractos y generalizaciones. Estos conceptos tendrán sus implicaciones probadas en nuevas situaciones, generando de nuevo una experiencia concreta. La reflexión forma parte del proceso de aprendizaje, y ambos son fundamentales en el proceso de creación de sentido.Este estudo visou entender como ocorrem a reflexividade e a aprendizagem na construção de sentido (sensemaking) de práticas estratégicas em empresas juniores vinculadas à Universidade Federal de Sergipe. A pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa, do tipo descritiva e exploratória. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas, focus groups, observações não-participantes e análise documental. Em seguida, esses dados foram triangulados e analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo e narrativa. Concluiu-se que reflexão faz parte do processo de aprendizagem. Quando surgem os elementos-surpresa que desestabilizam esses quadros, ocorre o processo de reflexão. Então, novos sentidos são gerados e postos em prática, até que esses novos estímulos sejam compreendidos e padronizados.
