The Educative Case: a methodological possibility of mediation in distance education

Resumo: This work aims at presenting and reflecting on the methodology of Educative Case, developed within the context of a distance education course towards teacher formation addressing the ones who work at rural schools in Minas Gerais. That is concerning an activity based in conceptions presented by theoretical writers acquainted with historical-cultural perspectives and which aims to open up possibilities for the course-taker/professor in terms of linking up practical knowledge with theoretical one obtained throughout the course. It was accomplished an illustrative analysis of a  report presented as a coursework where the results narrated by the course-taker/professor convey educative process effectiveness which take into account articulation between theory and practice as well as cultural diversity and existence of differentiated inter-action processes which emerge from teaching/learning relation-ships.

Trata-se de uma atividade fundamentada em concepções apresentadas por teóricos alinhados com a perspectiva histórico-cultural e que visa abrir possibilidades ao cursista/docente de articular o seu conhecimento prático com o conhecimento teórico obtido no decorrer do curso.
