Resumo: This report describes an experience of a teaching internship in higher education. The purpose of this paper is to tell the experience of the trainee-teacher in the elective course "Information and Communication in Organizations", offered in the undergraduate course in Librarianship of the School of Information Science of the Federal University of Minas Gerais. The objective is to reflect on the application of active teaching-learning methodologies in the theoretical discipline, based on the analysis of students' perceptions about the methods and pedagogical techniques developed by the trainee-teacher. The conceptual discussions foreseen in the teaching plan of the course were supported by practical didactic activities, applied in an interspersed way with the theoretical content. In order to understand how such activities were received by the students, a case study was carried out. The data collection consisted of the application of a questionnaire with a structured question and a discursive one, besides the direct observation. The responses were quantitatively analyzed, measuring the degree of approval for each active methodology, and qualitatively, evaluating the respondents' opinion on a preferred technique. 17 of the 21 enrolled students answered the questions. Data analysis indicates students' preference for practical activities, assisting them in systematizing concepts and theories. The expository and dialogic classes interspersed with the use of active methodologies highlight the students’ engagement and interest in the taught content. Significant aspects of authenticity, student appreciation and empathic understanding were also noted through the respondents' comments spontaneously recorded in the responses form.

En el curso de graduación en Biblioteconomía de la Escuela de Ciencia de la Información de la Universidad Federal de Minas Gerais, tiene por objeto la vivencia del pasante-docente en la disciplina optativa "Información y Comunicación en Organizaciones". El objetivo es reflexionar sobre la aplicación de metodologías activas de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la disciplina teórica, a partir del análisis de la percepción de los alumnos sobre los métodos y las técnicas pedagógicas desarrolladas por el pasante docente. Las discusiones conceptuales previstas en el plano de enseñanza de la disciplina contaron con el apoyo de actividades didácticas prácticas, aplicadas de forma intercalada con el contenido teórico. Para entenderse como tales actividades fueron recibidas por los alumnos, se realizó un estudio de caso. La recolección de datos consistió en la aplicación de un cuestionario con una cuestión estructurada y otra discursiva, además de la observación directa. Las respuestas fueron analizadas cuantitativamente, midiendo el grado de aprobación para cada metodología activa, y cualitativamente, evaluando la opinión de los respondedores sobre una técnica de preferencia. 17 de los 21 alumnos matriculados respondieron a las preguntas. El análisis de los datos indica la preferencia de los alumnos por actividades prácticas, auxiliándolos en la sistematización de conceptos y teorías. Las clases expositivas y dialogadas intercaladas con el uso de metodologías activas resaltan el compromiso e interés de los discentes en relación con el contenido del curso. Se notó, además, los significativos aspectos de autenticidad, aprecio por el estudiante y comprensión empática, evidenciados en comentarios de los entrevistados registrados espontáneamente en el formulario de respuestas.Este relato descreve uma experiência de estágio docente no ensino superior. Tem por objeto a vivência do estagiário-docente na disciplina optativa “Informação e Comunicação em Organizações”, ofertada no curso de graduação em Biblioteconomia da Escola de Ciência da Informação da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. O objetivo é refletir sobre a aplicação de metodologias ativas de ensino-aprendizagem na disciplina teórica, a partir da análise da percepção dos alunos sobre os métodos e as técnicas pedagógicas então desenvolvidas pelo estagiário-docente. As respostas foram analisadas quantitativamente, medindo o grau de aprovação para cada metodologia ativa, e qualitativamente, avaliando a opinião dos respondentes sobre uma técnica de preferência. 17 dos 21 discentes matriculados responderam às questões. A análise dos dados indica a preferência dos alunos por atividades práticas, auxiliando-os na sistematização de conceitos e teorias. As aulas expositivas e dialogadas intercaladas com o uso de metodologias ativas ressaltam o engajamento e o interesse dos discentes em relação ao conteúdo ministrado.
