Teaching trajectories: completing pathways

Resumo: This article aims to report and ponder about a formative practice held at the Permanent Forum of University Pedagogy on a community university. The main objective of the practice was to provide university professors with moments of understanding the professor's role in their personal and professional life trajectory and how this influences the teaching practice. The used methodology was to work with Life History through the building of a Patchwork. Each participant shared their own experiences each other and that's how the Patchwork was stitched together, connecting stories of different people, who went through different experiences. By analyzing the narratives, we consider that the moments of formation made it possible to bring out life history meanings and how these experiences affect the perspective of the present in their teaching practice, as well as the understanding that both professor and academics are actors of the learning process, as well as individuals endowed with subjectivity.

El objetivo principal de la práctica era proporcionar a los profesores universitarios momentos para comprender la constitución del profesor en su trayectoria personal y profesional y cómo influye en su práctica docente. La metodología utilizada fue trabajar con Historia de Vida a través de la construcción de una colcha de retazos. Cada participante compartió sus experiencias con otros y se cosieron las solapas, uniendo historias de diversas personas, que pasaron por diferentes experiencias. Por medio del análisis de las narrativas, consideramos que los momentos de formación permitieron resaltar los significados y los significados de la historia de la vida y cómo estas experiencias afectan la perspectiva del presente en su práctica docente, así como la comprensión de que tanto el maestro como el académico son actores del proceso de aprendizaje y sujetos dotados de subjetividad.Este artigo visa relatar e refletir sobre uma prática formativa realizada no Fórum Permanente de Pedagogia Universitária de uma universidade comunitária. O objetivo principal da prática foi proporcionar aos professores da universidade momentos para compreender a constituição do professor na sua trajetória de vida pessoal e profissional e como isso influencia a prática docente. A metodologia utilizada foi trabalhar com História de Vida por meio da construção de uma Colcha de Retalhos. Cada participante compartilhou suas vivências com os demais e os retalhos foram costurados, unindo histórias de diversas pessoas, que passaram por diferentes experiências.
