Analisys of pedagogic-didatic basis to improve the teaching systematization of nursing assistence

Resumo: | This is an exploratory and descriptive study with a qualitative approach that aims to analyze the teaching methods and the pedagogical approaches that support the process of teaching-learning regarding the Methodology of nursing assistance. It was carried out in three higher education institutions located in a principal city in northeast Brazil. The Bardin´s content analysis technique was applied. The results show that the process of nursing has been based on traditional and cognitive pedagogical ground, with an expressive constructivist approach and evidences of a behavioral approach. In relation to the teaching methods, results show that common methods usually guide teaching in the subject content, and these expressions seem to be effective in several occasions, even in different moments of the nursing process, and with different goals. We conclude that the educative work demands not only the domain of the content that will be taught, but also the pedagogic competence to run the process according to the new pedagogic paradigm of higher education. It is also important that professors recognize that any pedagogic approach, as well as its respective strategies and teaching methods aim at the student's learning process. Nevertheless, they are usually responsible for the construction of other individual and collectives skills that must be taken into consideration in the prospects established by the national curricular guidelines for the nursing graduation courses and for the demands of our contemporary world. |

Nevertheless, they are usually responsible for the construction of other individual and collectives skills that must be taken into consideration in the prospects established by the national curricular guidelines for the nursing graduation courses and for the demands of our contemporary world.Se trata de una investigación exploratoria descriptiva de enfoque cualitativo con el objetivo de analizar los métodos de enseñanza y los aportes pedagógicos que fundamentan el proceso enseñanza- aprendizaje en la asignatura Metodología de la Asistencia de Enfermería en tres instituciones de Enseñanza Superior de una capital del Noreste brasileño, a partir de la técnica de análisis de contenido de Bardin. Los resultados evidenciaron que el proceso de enfermería ha sido trabajado por medio de los fundamentos pedagógicos tradicionales y cognitivistas, con la expresividad acentuada del enfoque constructivista, habiendo sido identificados indicios del enfoque comportamentalista. En cuanto a los métodos de enseñanza se observaron métodos comunes como instrumentos para la enseñanza de la asignatura, con expresiones que demuestran que su uso se concreta en distintos momentos y con distintos fines de las etapas del proceso de enfermería. Se concluye que la tarea educativa exige de los docentes no sólo dominio de los contenidos que serán materia del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, sino también competencias pedagógicas para conducir dicho proceso en consonancia con el nuevo paradigma pedagógico de la enseñanza superior. Es importante, además, que los docentes reconozcan que cualquier enfoque pedagógico, así como sus respectivas estrategias y métodos de enseñanza dirigidos hacia el aprendizaje de los aprendices suelen, sin embargo, ser responsables de la construcción de otras capacidades individuales y colectivas que han de ser ponderadas dentro de la perspectiva de las recomendaciones de las Directrices Curriculares Nacionales para los Cursos de Licenciatura en Enfermería y las exigencias del mundo contemporáneo.Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva de abordagem qualitativa cujo objetivo é analisar os métodos de ensino e as abordagens pedagógicas que fundamentam o processo ensino-aprendizagem na disciplina Metodologia da Assistência de Enfermagem em três instituições de Ensino Superior em uma capital do Nordeste brasileiro, com base na técnica de análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Os resultados evidenciaram que o processo de enfermagem tem sido trabalhado por meio dos fundamentos pedagógicos tradicionais e cognitivistas, com a expressividade acentuada da abordagem construtivista, embora tenham sido identificados indícios da abordagem comportamentalista. Quanto aos métodos de ensino, evidenciaram-se métodos comuns instrumentalizando o ensino no contexto da disciplina, cujas expressões demonstram a utilização sendo efetivada em momentos variados, quanto às etapas do processo de enfermagem, e com fins distintos.
