Nonverbal communication in the context of individual violin lessons

Resumo: | This article resulted from a naturalistic investigation, quali-quanti, being a case study, in its multi-case aspect. As an objective, the importance of certain nonverbal communication in violin lessons was identified. The investigation was carried out from the analysis of specialized bibliography, a form of direct observation of the action of a violin teacher, a notebook, and a semi-structured interview he was submitted to. The results were triangulated and analyzed, concluding that certain nonverbal communication, if used consciously, gives the teacher the possibility of transmitting his message in a clear and more competent way, obtaining pedagogical-didactic recognition from students. Thus, the classroom environment is more suitable and conducive to a more effective teaching/learning process. |

El objetivo era identificar la importancia de cierta comunicación no verbal en las clases individuales de violín. La investigación se basó en la consulta y el análisis de literatura especializada, en una forma de observación directa de la acción de un profesor de violín en clase, en un cuaderno de notas y en una entrevista semiestructurada realizada al profesor. Los resultados fueron triangulados y analizados, concluyendo que cierta comunicación no verbal, si se utiliza conscientemente, da al profesor la posibilidad de transmitir su mensaje de forma más clara y competente, obteniendo el respetable reconocimiento pedagógico-didáctico por parte de sus alumnos, haciendo que el ambiente del aula sea propicio para una enseñanza/aprendizaje más eficaz. También se percibió el impacto real de esa comunicación en algunos aspectos como la proxémica en el espacio del aula.Este artigo resultou de uma investigação naturalista, quali-quanti, sendo um estudo de caso, vertente multi-casos. Como objetivo, identificou-se a importância de determinada comunicação não-verbal em aula individual de violino. A investigação foi realizada a partir da análise de bibliografia especializada, de ficha de observação direta da ação de um professor de violino, de bloco de notas e de entrevista semiestruturada realizada àquele.
