Resumo: The present research analyzes the application of measures, such as compliance, for the prevention and combat of harassment in the context of telework, emphasizing the difference between employment and work, introducing the concept of remote work and emphasizing the importance of a healthy work environment. Subsequently, the different types of workplace harassment are studied, with a focus on vertical harassment. Federal and administrative laws aimed at protecting the environment during telework are also assessed. In addition, the regulatory power of companies and their social responsibilities in relation to the health of remote workers, highlighting the need for preventive measures to combat harassment and confusion in a virtual work environment, are also verified. The research is bibliographical and uses the hypothetical-deductive method. The importance of corporate compliance and corporate social responsibility (ESG) in promoting healthy work environments demonstrates that compliance can be adopted as an essential tool to protect the health and dignity of remote workers. It is concluded that the convergence of compliance and social responsibility is essential for the creation of an ethical, healthy and productive work environment, especially in remote work. Investing in these approaches not only guarantees legal compliance, but also strengthens organizational culture, thus promoting a fairer future in the world of work.

Investing in these approaches not only guarantees legal compliance, but also strengthens organizational culture, thus promoting a fairer future in the world of work.
