Representação e simbolismo da carne: uma abordagem fenomenológica para o ensino de arte

Resumo: The current undergraduate research project aims to delve into the representational and symbolic aspects of meat within artistic objects, investigating the poetic, conceptual, and sensory dimensions present in its phenomenological configuration. Meat is examined as a phenomenon that elicits experiences, stirring up multiple sensations, narratives, and interpretations when brought to life within artistic production. By scrutinizing its visual and representational characteristics, we unveil the complexity and richness of this theme in artistic creation. This occurs whether through distortion, where the emphasis shifts from naturalistic representation to the expressive gestures of sensations, or through the embodied effect achieved via the intricate interplay of colors and hues. This interplay has the potential to evoke vividness and/or motion within artistic imagery. From an educational perspective, we have woven reflections that underscore ecstasy within educational processes, drawing an analogy to carpaccio. Lastly, through the analysis of a textbook, we have identified the representation and symbolism of meat as a pedagogical resource that carries meaning when applied to the development of specific content within contemporary art

A carne é investigada como um fenômeno que evoca experiências, suscitando múltiplas sensações, narrativas e interpretações quando materializada na produção artística. Ao examinar características visuais e representacionais, é revelada a complexidade e a riqueza do tema na criação artística, seja através da deformação, na qual, em detrimento da representação naturalista, valoriza-se através da gestualidade os desígnios das sensações, bem como do efeito encarnado, através da complexa combinação de cores e matizes, a possibilidade de causar efeito de vivacidade e/ou movimento através da imagem artística. Na perspectiva educacional, através da analogia do carpaccio, foram tecidas reflexões que valorizem a extasia na experiência dos processos educacionais.
