This article will address the topic of inheritance law combined with family law and demonstrate its direct correlation between the property regime, succession and indignity. Addressing the expansion of a legal institute, in such a way that it also reaches sharecropping in the case of intentional homicide between consorts, then dealing with the possibility of expanding indignity in such a way that it also falls on the unworthy sharecropper, thus guaranteeing both effectiveness real and expanding indignity and its function, as well as the moral protection of the deceased and a more real and socially palpable way of discouraging behavior. This article used the Scientific Descriptive and Deductive method with the support of books, articles, doctrines and current legislation for its formulation. Essentially, it should be realized that indignity does not reach the institute of sharecropping, which in turn does not characterize itself as inheritance, thus leaving civil impunity for the sharecropper convicted of intentional homicide of his spouse, so the need to expand the taxing list of indignity for it to then contemplate sharecropping.
