Resumo: The objective of this study is to address the concepts related to the organizational motivation process and the main tools available for its application. To this end, the methodology used involves an extensive literature review and bibliographical research. The results obtained revealed that all motivational techniques achieved positive results. However, among the approaches mentioned, the individual motivation of each employee stands out as the most effective. Furthermore, it was found that effective management within the organization plays a crucial role in obtaining significant results, directly contributing to increased productivity, improving communication in the workplace and monitoring the performance of each team member.

Para tanto, a metodologia empregada envolve uma revisão da literatura e pesquisa bibliográfica. Os resultados obtidos revelaram que as técnicas motivacionais alcançaram resultados positivos. No entanto, dentre as abordagens mencionadas, a motivação individual de cada colaborador se destaca como a mais eficaz.
