Resumo: The work deals with the partnership between the family and the school in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the objective of analyzing how the partnership between family and school was during remote teaching in the municipal schools of Naviraí/MS. We used the qualitative approach for the development of the study. Data collection was carried out in two stages, starting with the bibliographical research in search of articles that supported the theme in question, and also the field research with the application of a printed questionnaire to the participating teachers and parents. We concluded that the pandemic brought parents closer to school, there were also several difficulties for both teachers and families, as it changed the whole routine of studies, another difficulty was that many did not have access to the internet, and in a way In general, everyone had to reinvent themselves so that there were no losses in the context of education.
