Resumo: The subject addressed the criminal liability of legal entities brought by Law 9.605 / 98 which deals especially crimes and has, on the prosecution and cooperation for the preservation of the environment. And through the survey aimed to report the liability of legal entities in environmental crimes. The methodological procedures adopted for the development of the research was literature in books and articles online. It is concluded that the result was achieved through the survey, as with the application of environmental laws through the Environmental Criminal Law, enables us to restraint and devastation of the ecosystem committed by the legal person.

E através da pesquisa realizada objetivou-se relatar a responsabilidade da pessoa jurídica em crimes ambientais. Os procedimentos metodológicos adotado para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi bibliográfica em livros e artigos online.
