Resumo: | Educational games are playful activities whose main emphasis is to transmit knowledge in an efficient and fun way for students. They are designed to be used in the educational context and seek to motivate learning in a more engaged and participatory way. From this perspective, the objective of this study is to analyze scientific productions about games in Physics teaching, from 2017 to 2022. For this, we chose the scientific publication database - Portal de Periódicos CAPES. Furthermore, this investigation was developed in five stages: pre-analysis, coding, content description, data interpretation and conclusion, as guided by Content Analysis for data interpretation. In the pre-analysis, the search descriptors were defined: games in teaching Physics, teaching Physics, teaching and learning Physics with games. With the delimitations for choosing the works, this research selected a total of 20 scientific articles. In coding, the categories were chosen: area of knowledge; tools used; performance of teaching tools and student progress in the Physics discipline. In the description of the content, the articles were organized by the magazine in which they were published, the year, title and authors, followed by the results ordered by the chosen categories. In summary, the study indicates that the use of games in Physics classes can be considered an effective educational strategy for learning, as it stimulates students' creativity and critical thinking. |
