Resumo: Introduction: Schoolchildren's diets should consist of healthy foods, but increasingly, processed foods are an important part in the daily lives of children. The quality of nutritional information offered to parents and teachers, linking the relationships between the knowledge provided by the ludic and the lived reality, which encompasses the individual and collective behavioral aspects is fundamental. Scientific objective: To carry out the situational diagnosis of the lunchbox of first year students of private schools of Santa Maria/RS. Technological objective: To develop a non-digital educational game to assist parents and/or guardians in the preparation of lunchboxes for elementary school students. Scientific methodology: A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out in private schools in the city of Santa Maria / RS. Data collection was performed from November to December 2018 and March to August 2019, and the target audience was all children enrolled in the first year of elementary school. Technological methodology: to design a non-digital educational game we used the Design Thinking method, divided into four stages: research, team building, product design and prototyping/validation, during each stage the team based on the results on the schoolchildren's snacks were becoming components for the formation of the game. Results – Scientific manuscript: It was observed that 380 lunchboxes contained 895 foods and, according to their characteristics, the subgroups presented the following frequency: 238 (27%) cookies/cereal bars/filled and/or coated cakes, 159 (18 %) artificial juices, 129 (14%) natural fruits and juices, 90 (10%) milk and dairy foods, 77 (9%) filled breads, 66 (7%) salted and fried foods, 51 (6%) sweets, 37 (4%) yogurt, 18 (2%) snack foods, 18 (2%) homemade cakes and 12 (1%) soft drinks. From foods in the lunchboxes 80% are ultra-processed. Technological manuscript (product): An educational, non-digital card game has been developed to improve children's nutrition and help parents and/or guardians to choose healthier foods for their lunchboxes. The "Super Lanches" game, consisting of 95 cards, a board and instruction manual is recommended for families. Final considerations: It is observed that food choice strategies such as purchasing, planning and organization methodology should be adopted, once intermediate snacks are an important part of the children’s routine. Games can be a technology that may vigorously provide the child's relationship to food; parents and/or guardians are critical in maintaining healthy and diversified eating behavior.

A qualidade da informação nutricional oferecida aos pais e professores, interligando as relações entre o conhecimento proporcionado pelo lúdico e a realidade vivenciada, que engloba os aspectos comportamentais individuais e coletivos é fundamental. Objetivo científico: Realizar o diagnóstico situacional das lancheiras de alunos do primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental de escolas privadas de Santa Maria/ RS. Objetivo tecnológico: Elaborar um jogo educativo não digital para auxiliar os pais e/ou responsáveis no preparo das lancheiras dos escolares do Ensino Fundamental. Metodologia científica: Foi realizado um estudo de caráter descritivo com delineamento transversal, realizado em escolas da rede privada na cidade de Santa Maria/RS. A coleta de dados foi realizada nos períodos de novembro e dezembro de 2018 e março a agosto de 2019, sendo o público alvo todas as crianças matriculadas no primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental. Metodologia tecnológica: para elaborar um jogo educativo não digital utilizou-se o método Design Thinking, dividido em quatro etapas: pesquisa, formação de equipe, concepção do produto e prototipação/validação, ao decorrer de cada etapa a equipe a partir dos resultados sobre os lanches dos escolares foi se criando componentes para formação do jogo. Resultados – Manuscrito científico: Observou-se que, 380 lancheiras continham 895 alimentos e, conforme suas características, os subgrupos apresentaram a seguinte frequência: 238 (27%) bolachas/barra de cereais/bolos recheados e/ou com cobertura, 159 (18%) sucos artificiais, 129 (14%) frutas e sucos naturais, 90 (10%) leite e alimentos lácteos, 77 (9%) pães com recheio, 66 (7%) salgados e frituras, 51 (6%) doces, 37 (4%) iogurte, 18 (2%) salgadinhos, 18 (2%) bolos caseiros e 12 (1%) refrigerantes. Dos alimentos contidos nas lancheiras 80% são ultraprocessados. Manuscrito tecnológico (produto): Foi desenvolvido um jogo educativo, classificado como não digital, de cartas, para melhorar a alimentação e nutrição das crianças, bem como ajudar os pais e/ou responsáveis a fazer escolha de alimentos mais saudáveis para compor a lancheira. O jogo “Super Lanches”, composto por 95 cartas, um tabuleiro e manual de instruções é recomendado para as famílias. Considerações finais: A partir disto, observa-se que estratégias de escolha dos alimentos como planejamento das compras e metodologia para organizá-los devem ser adotadas, uma vez que os lanches intermediários fazem parte da rotina das crianças.
