ETHNIC-RACIAL RELATIONS AND TRAINING OF BIOLOGY TEACHERS IN THE CONTEXT OF EMERGENCY REMOTE TEACHING

Resumo: | We organize learning situations about ethnic-racial relations in the context of Emergency Remote Teaching in a subject of a degree course in Biological Sciences at a Public University in the interior of São Paulo. We seek to offer conditions for synchronous interaction, helping the subjects involved to experience online pedagogical activities typical of a dialogical teaching, classroom and teaching-learning concept, problematizing such appropriations in a time of pandemic. The process of adapting face-to-face activities to synchronous online classes provided opportunities for critical and creative discussions and reflections on the approach to ethnic-racial relations in elementary school, strengthened the relationship between teacher students and knowledge through continuous assessment strategies and positive affective interactions, however, needed more energy and time, generating anxiety in the subjects involved. |

Buscamos ofrecer condiciones para la interacción sincrónica, ayudando a los sujetos participantes a experimentar actividades pedagógicas online propias de una concepción de enseñanza, de classe y enseñanza-aprendizaje dialógicas, problematizando tales apropiaciones en un momento de pandemia. El proceso de adaptación de las actividades presenciales a las clases online sincrónicas brindó oportunidades para discusiones y reflexiones críticas y creativas sobre el enfoque de las relaciones étnico-raciales en la escuela primaria, fortaleció la relación entre profesora estudiantes y el conocimiento a través de estrategias de evaluación continuada y interaciones afectivas positivas, sin embargo, necesitó más energía y tiempo, generando ansiedad en los sujetos participantes.Organizamos situações de aprendizagem acerca das relações étnico-raciais no contexto do Ensino Remoto Emergencial numa disciplina de um curso de licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas de uma Universidade Pública do interior paulista. Buscamos oferecer condições para a interação síncrona, auxiliando os sujeitos envolvidos a vivenciar atividades pedagógicas online próprias de uma concepção de docência, de aula e de ensino aprendizagem dialógicas, problematizando tais apropriações em época de pandemia.
